FAQ's

How does the boot liner attach to my car?

The boot liner attaches using a combination of velcro for the side panels and buckles around your car's rear seat headrests.

Which areas of the boot are covered by a boot liner?

Our bootliner covers back of back seat, boot sides and boot floor. If an optional bumper flap is ordered, this attaches to the liner and will protect your bumper. If you have a 7 Seater Vehicle, the liner is designed to fit with the 3rd row seats folded flat.

Can the rear seats be folded down with the boot liner on?

To fold your rear seats down you will need to unhook the clips from around the headrests before folding the seats down. Due to the mechanics on the pivot point of the rear seats (these will vary from vehicle to vehicle) it is likely you will have a small gap between the top of the liner and the top of the seats when they are folded down. If you want this gap to be covered up when your seats are down we recommend you select the boot liner extender option when purchasing your boot liner.

I have a Hybrid/Electric car - will the boot liner still fit?

All our liners are designed for petrol/diesel cars only unless the product title specifically states it is for a hybrid or all - electric variant of a vehicle. Please contact us before ordering if you are not sure.

My car has moveable back seat positions - will the bootliner fit?

All our bootliners are designed to fit with the back seats in the rearmost position and will not fit correctly if the back seat is moved forward

My car has a down tailgate – will your boot liner cover this?

The bootliner will not cover the down tailgate but select the Bumper Flap option when ordering and we will automatically send a down tailgate cover instead.

Can I use your boot liner with a dog guard?

In most cases, yes. The only exceptions are where the dog guard is bolted to the floor or other areas normally covered by the boot liner.

How do you clean your seat covers and boot liners?

To care for your boot liner or seat covers, simply wipe clean, hose down or machine wash at 30 degrees (no fabric conditioner).

What materials are your covers made from?

Titan Seat Covers and boot liners are made from extra tough waterproof pvc backed woven polyester. This gives excellent wear and protection properties and is easy to maintain.

Can I see colour samples?

If you would like to see material samples before purchasing, simply request the colours you would like using our contact us form.

Will my dog slide around on the material?

Whilst our materials have a woven textured surface rather than a flat shiny surface, we highly recommend our  Dog Mat when transporting dogs to ensure they remain safe and comfortable. These mats are tailored to the same shape as the boot liner floor for a great fit and they are machine washable.

What are the airbag slits?

Titan front seat covers where specified in the product description have a side slit to facilitate the deployment of airbags. Any further queries on the deployment of airbags whilst using seat covers should be directed to the vehicle manufacturer.

PLEASE NOTE - our van seat covers are not suitable for vans with seat mounted side airbags.

My car has front seat armrests - will your covers fit?

We can add holes for armrests, just select the armrest hole option when ordering.

What is the Lift Off Luggage Cover or Fixed Luggage Cover Option when I'm selecting my bootliner?

Certain models of car have a luggage cover that is fixed to the back seat rather than lifting off from the sides of the boot. If you wish to use your liner with this fixed type of cover in place, you need to choose this option as we then manufacture a different fitting for the back of back seat cover.

What is the Raised Floor or Lowered Floor option when I'm selecting my bootliner?

Some vehicles are specified with either a raised or lowered boot floor (normally dependant on whether you have a full size or space saver spare wheel), or have different floor level positions to choose from. Raised Floor boots are normally level with the rear lip of your car whereas Lowered Floor boots usually dip down a few inches from the lip of the car to the floor level. If in doubt, we would be happy to look at images emailed to us to make sure you get the right liner.

My car has a subwoofer in the boot

If you have a subwoofer in your boot please make sure that you select the option that states 'with subwoofer' when ordering your liner. Please note the subwoofer changes the shape of the sides on the boot liner which is why we need to know this information. The subwoofer itself will still be covered over.
